01About these terms
These terms apply to dimension-records.com, the website of the independent music label dimension. ("we", "us"). When you use the site or send us a demo, you agree to these terms.
The site gives information about the label, our artists and our releases. We can change or remove any part of it at any time.
02Content and rights
The design, text, logo and name of dimension. belong to us. The music, cover art and artist photos belong to the artists and other rights holders. Spotify provides the music player.
You can view and share links to the site. You may not copy, sell or reuse its content without written permission from us or the rights holder.
03Demo submissions
When you send us a demo, you confirm that:
- you are the artist, or you have permission to send the music for the artist
- you own or control all rights to the music, including any samples, vocals and beats in it
- the music is unreleased and does not break the rights of anyone else
You keep all rights to your music. Your demo only gives us the right to listen to it, store it, and share it inside our team to review it. We do not release, sell or publish your music without a written agreement with you.
Please understand that:
- a demo is not confidential, and sending it does not create a contract
- we do not have to reply, give feedback, or sign any music
- we receive many demos and make music with many artists, so we can already have, or later release, music that is similar to yours. This does not give you a claim against us.
- a deal exists only when both sides agree in writing, for example by email. We agree on masters, splits and payouts with each artist directly.
We handle the personal data in your demo as the Privacy Policy describes.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that comes from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, for example for intent or gross negligence.
